Midtown Preservation Architecture and Engineering, P.C. was established in April of 1990 as a direct answer to a growing need within the industry for professional and technical expertise in building restoration, maintenance, and general consulting services. This highly specialized field of forensic and diagnostic architecture and engineering requires a thorough and comprehensive understanding of not only building systems (structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, etc.), but also construction methods and building techniques for historical and modern structures.
Our staff consists of architects, engineers, project managers, and draftspersons. Together they develop complete and comprehensive construction documents through in-depth investigation and hands-on analysis. This provides for a competitively bid project making the selection of a contractor an easy task.
